OPERATION APPRECIATION

Make a difference...Adopt Soldiers.

Operation Appreciation's Mission Statement:

Operation Appreciation is a Non profit organization that provides moral support and encouragement to our active duty military men and women. It is also a part of our mission to nurture and take care of these precious families because they belong to those who make the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Make a Difference

We help the soldiers celebrate the holidays by providing cards, goody bags, homemade cookies, candy, prayers, and letters of hope, encouragement, and pride! This foundation is also doing research on post traumatic stress syndrome and its effect on the soldier and their lives post-deployment.

Adopt Soldiers

Operation Appreciation is in its first year of service and is currently working with the soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division from Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The first unit of men and women to be adopted into Operation Appreciation’s hands and care are the soldiers of the 4th Battalion/ 320th Field Artillery/ Alpha Battery. This unit includes over 100 soldiers as of today and these numbers continue to grow. These soldiers are from every walk of life imaginable. Some of these soldiers are single; others are married with a large family that they have to leave during their deployments.

Operation Appreciation is a Tennessee non-profit corporation and has been granted by the Internal Revenue Service federal tax-exempt status as a Section 502(a)(2) organization.

All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
